Retouching of old (black and white or sepia) photos is a delicate art.
Creases, de-colouring, subjects out of focus, insufficient light, and general errors in shooting are there all too often.

Sometimes old photos were done professionally and are brilliant but unfortunately got de-coloured over time, or stained with ink.

But we’ll get rid of creases and stains, improve brightness, contrast and more subtle perspective positioning, improve balance of bright and dark, fix minor shadows and improve texture of the photo.
On top of general improvements there are photobook-specific requirements - printing makes pictures darker and distorts colour, so there are specific photo preps for printing that we’ll do to minimise this effect
